It isn't the same thing because men and women are different. For one thing, it is much, much easier for women to get sex. Second, men and women tend to have different preferences in partners. If a man gets lots of girls, then other women tend to find him more attractive. But if a woman sleeps with too many men, then it tends to lower her relationship value, although there are still men who have serious relationships with promiscuous women.

The problem with this attitude is not only that it creates a double standard between men and women, it also places women in a double bind with prude shaming. If a woman puts out, she is a slut. If she doesn't, she is a prude or bitch.
It also places men in a double bind, because they feel the need to prove their masculinity through sexuality and are shamed if they don't have sex. But men ignore this double bind, because they don't wan want to be shamed for pointing out the socialization that frequently gives them privilege.
This also means there are men who don't want to be known as misogynous horndogs, but if they own up to that they will be called homophobic names. There is a lot of homophobia towards men that is less common towards women who are into other women.
Mr Dance moves comments are a perfect example of why men avoid calling out male privilege. Guys have the stereotype of being insatiable to live up too. If they don't, other men will call them out as being effeminate, gay, etc. That is another sexist/homophobic issue all together.... - If you are the gate keeper you have a choice who let in the gate, you don't want to just let anybody get in your gate do you? where is the accomplishment in that. You want the right people getting on your property.
Now if you are trying to get into the gate you are going to a little more carefree. Cause you have nothing to lose. And you know you will probably be rejected more than you hear yes.
Its not really hard if you are woman to go out and have sex with people. ugly fat girls have just as much as sex as skinny girls or good looking girls. Which often throws everybody off to make women think "men like women in all shapes and sizes" no we will just screw anybody behind closed doors in any shape and size.
