What do you think of people who are always smiley all the time?

from the ones i've been around it's a mask to hide their insecurity and flaws by distraction but every so often i do meet very genuine people who are actually like that but that's rare and nobody can be that all the time.

1. for me they are fun loving. and would be a great fun to hang around with.
   
2. They are bad guys in all the Batman movies but we can also find them in the circus or broadway.
   
3. I usually think they are high on drugs.

5. That there's something beneath the surface that make them the way they are.
   Like it could be a facade to conceal their unhappiness, sort of like a clown who puts on a happy face but isn't necessarily the happiest person around.
   Then again there're people who're genuinely bright, positive & jovial.
   
6. Fun loving, outgoing. I sometimes fell a little jealous of these people as they are never/hardly ever upset.
   
   But they sometimes can be a little annoying.
