Bad behavior.. should it be dealt with or ignored?

Would it make a difference if it were a child or an adult? What if it's someone you don't know vs. someone you do know? And why would Yahoo choose "marriage and divorce" as placement for this question? lol

Bad behavior, as in negativity, should be ignored, you don't teach, or build anything if you focus on being negative, about negativity.(it doesn't change the momentum). You need to promote the good behavior, to have growth, a development towards positivity. Bad behavior as in crime, should be dealt with of course, because you can't just tollerate that extreme negativity to damage other people. So in-general you focus on the good, and don't respond to the bad, if it's extreme though, you need to protect people from this extreme negativity.

3. well if you don't know the person it's none of your business child or adult and if you do know the person and they are a child its not your place its the parents and an adult wont listen anyway.
   
4. Kids need to be dealt with the right way (not shouting at them because that will make things worse) and adults have reasons to get angry and shout. So Just leave It. I don't agree with the adult part on your question. They don't need dealing with. They're not children
