- Yes, when I was in college I went out with a kid that I would have never looked at twice, but when he asked me if I wanted to go to dinner I saw him as a smart person with a lot of confidence and we went out for a year and within 2 weeks I actually started to find him really weirdly attracting. I have heard that women can get attracted to things over time, and that we are more sophisticated than men in this sense at least.
