Why do men hate being considered all the same, unless it comes to Pornography? My boyfriend doesn't like Pornography in the slightest, and he openly admits that. I've tried to get him interested in it - I don't mind Porn- but he'd turn it off. His computer contains no pictures of other women, so I can definitely admit he's not a fan. Every single male calls him a liar because "All men watch Porn!" The men who I've told that don't understand because all men love it... Why do they believe all men are the same when it comes to Porn? Everyone generalizes here, and since every single man has reacted in the ways I've said in my life, it seems to me that ALL men think this - even some here on Yahoo. Wow, some people here are so petty..grow up. For those of you that are whining, just add the word 'some' before the word 'men.' I never said he had no libido or that he lacked any sexual fetishes. I'm practically a nymphomaniac and I struggle to keep up and he has many interests...

I think the men who are telling him that are just idiots going along with the modern culture that men are unthinking, sex-obsessed drones. It's similar to the nutcase thinking that Oprah promotes about men brainwashing women into brainwashing themselves, except that no one buys that excuse for men because we're expected to take responsibility for our own crap.

Now who is being objectifying, WOMEN! - I know not all men like porn. I know there are very religious people that don't like it. (These are the same type of men that think women should be fully covered when out in public, and get disgusted at women that dress like sluts, out in public.) They see their religious moral aspirations as more important and they see porn and scantly clad women as a distraction and a temptation, which is why they denounce it so much. This is especially true for Islam, which is why most women where burkas and completely cover themselves up. I know some older men, just give it up because they just see it as a tease and would rather have the real thing.
- I do not believe all men are the same when it comes to porn. You can generalize and say all men are into computer pornography. However, there are many other "fetishes" guys are into that do not involve videos or images from the computer. A few examples are shoes, public displays, magazines, and they might just prefer erotic stories from books. I would certainly bet that there is something that turns him on. It may be that he is to embarrassed to admit it. Every male with a sex drive gets excited and fantasizes about something.
