If a woman from Canada or the United States found her a great guy overseas, she would most likely end up comparing all foreign men to men in her country by stating how much better men from (insert country here) are than men in her own country. Everybody would take her side and tell her she made the right choice going foreign but if a guy was to meet someone special from another country, he would be viewed as a loser who can't get a woman in his own country and that he is the lowest of the low type of guy. Why are women with foreign men viewed as romantic and desirable whilst men with with foreign is seen as him being a piece of s**t?

Because many western women like to have power over men, and when a man has the ability to find a foreign partner, it undermines their power because no longer do these men grovel at their feet and get rejected by them. These women become indifferent, and it gets them worked up. Many western women are also arrogant, which has a lot to do with it. Western women just assume that they are at the top of the totem pole, so if a man gets a foreign women, then in their eyes he MUST be a loser because "they couldn't get a western woman."

I've known and seen many men who go crazy for women from different countries (especially Brazil and Italy), and they are considered "cool" for it. Think of that Fiat commercial. when you see an american woman go for a foreign guy, he is a high economic value male, whereas the women are (while usually very decorative) low economic value. so the same men complaining about women being "gold diggers" are the same willing to pay that gold for a submissive pretty little toy that doesn't expect the freedoms that women in the US have grown to expect.
all that said, I do not differentiate. a mate acquired from somewhere else means you were incapable of "catching" a native. no gender bias. - Idk, I like non American men.
