Indirectly speaking: Why can't she understand that her bias shows through into real life and that's why girls don't like her as a friend?

"Truth" hurts only as much as you let it. This person you're talking about will learn the hard way that her judgments and beliefs affect her relationships. It doesn't mean she has to necessarily change...but she can tone it down a bit and be more respectful of other beliefs, ethics, etc.
