Why are teenage boys so unattractive while adult boys are?

Asked by Flying Spaghetti Monster at 08 May,2013
Almost all the boys at my school are unattractive and it is not all due to just hygiene, but walking around at malls and shopping centers and such i see plenty of hot guys who look like adults, why is this? compared to teenage girls which are pretty much as attractive as their older counter-parts : / how could i forget there are so many teenage boys on the internet?

Teen boys are not fully-formed yet. Also, a lot of them lack confidence, which is part of what attracts females. They haven't learned to dress and wear their hair in a flattering way.

Other Answers:
  1. Adult boys are called men.
  2. YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY SO BUTTERZ YOU CANT GET WILLY

(Il like the other persons reply "adult boys = men")
  3. Teen boys are not fully-formed yet. Also, a lot of them lack confidence, which is part of what attracts females. They haven't learned to dress and wear their hair in a flattering way.
  4. I see they're making progress in Downs Syndrome treatment. I'm glad to see you can use computers now.
  5. I think there's universal contempt for teenage boys, which might be hardwired in people to some degree, as opposed to merely being a product of culture.

To answer your question though, I think it's that they have insecurities, it's a difficult time in life; all of a sudden you have more expected from you and less empathy offered to you, not to mention changes in the body. And maybe also because they don't have their feet on the ground yet as providers.
  6. from an evolutionary / genetic angle...

women want a man to protect and provide for her and her children. older men (to a point) are more able to meet those needs.

men want a women best able to birth his children. younger women (to a point) are better able to meet those needs.

so... to answer... you are controlled by 'cave monkey' genetic remnants in your DNA.
