- OMG - that is disastrous. When that happens the alignment of the upper teeth does not fit neatly into the thickness of the sandwich and can cause a deformation of the lips that can affect kissing performance in the long run. The best solution is the immediate application of cold beer from a bottle or can, which shrinks and tightens the tissue and causes it to revert to its original shape very quickly. Plastic surgeons use that technique, but don't tell anyone I said so.
In an emergency, you could pollute whiskey with ice (shudders) and apply in small doses. - Stupid restaurants trying to make hamburgers look fat and juicy only to have everything between the buns to slip out the bottom upon your first bite and all you taste is bread and you have to finish the rest with a fork and knife disappointed and disapproving the restaurant promising yourself never to go back only to experience the exact same thing somewhere else leaving you with a lame run-on sentence in GS.

- Even worse...you realize that you have a dry sandwich since you (or the sandwich place) forgot to put on mustard, mayo, or some other flavoring.
