I'm a young guy and I like to have sex, but I don't like the possibility of fathering any children. So I was thinking that it would be a good idea to use a fake name/alias when I am talking to girls, just in case any of them accuse of me of being their baby's father. Also I am quite a reclusive guy and I don't use social media like Facebook or twitter (so I don't think they could find me there) and I have a clean criminal record, so the police do not have any of my DNA, fingerprints etc. I am thinking that this might be a good way for me to protect myself from these women. But is there still a possibility that these women might still be able to find me, if so do you guys have any other suggestions as to what I could do?

You should use contraceptives if you don't want to get a woman pregnant. Your partner should probably use some form of contraception, too. Babies are expensive. Also, using contraceptives so she won't get pregnant is really the fairest thing you could do for your partner (and the fairest thing she could do for you if she does the same) instead of potentially leaving her with an expensive baby to take care of by herself. If you really don't like the possibility of fathering any children you could get a vasectomy. Talk with your doctor to see if this right for you. However a vasectomy, while possibly reversible, is not always reversible. Other than that, I think there might be some new form of male birth control you could look into that's coming out but I don't know much about it. You COULD use a fake name/alias when talking to girls but it's possible they could still track you down by other means. For instance, if you give them your personal phone number they could track you down by doing a reverse phone number lookup. Also, if you tell a woman where you really live or work she can find you that way, too. If you frequent certain locations such as bars she can try to find you there or ask other people who frequent those places where she might find you. Be smart about it and cover your tracks well. Don't take things that she could use to track you down for granted as even the slightest clue would be a potential lead for her to follow. Always be smart. This may be redundant but if you give her information such as where you go to school make sure it's fake information if you don't want her to find you. For instance, if you told her you went to X high school and graduated in Y year she could theoretically try to find you in that school's yearbook for that year. If you are going to give a fake number out to women so they can't find you then you might want to use a disposable cell phone to call her. If you call her on a non-disposable cell phone she might be able to do a reverse phone number look up for that number and potentially find you. Also, keep her from going through your wallet and/or other personal effects which would presumably contain your real information (i.e. your driver's license). It's good that you don't have a criminal record. Try to keep it that way so you don't get your fingerprints or DNA entered into a criminal database. Not that a girl trying to find will necessarily be forensically inclined but she could in theory still try to get a finger print/DNA sample. But then again, if she has no idea of your intentions she might not even think about that.

- Sure "Jake"
- What a loser.
- Give them your real name and take responsibility for what you did, you jerk.
- Wouldn't worry if i were you, with your attitude you're unlikely to attract any girls anyway.
- No.
- Good idea.Go 4 it.
- No, it's not a "god" idea. Take responsibility for your actions. If you are old enough to have sex, you should be old enough to take responsibility for what happens, instead of running away and hiding like a naughty 5 year old.
Think about if you only had a mother, and desperately wanted to know your bio dad. And say you found him, after lots of time and expense. And he told you that he just wanted to have sex with your mom, but he didn't want anything to do with you, so that's why he changed his name.
How would it make you feel?
You've got some growing up to do, sport. - Play with fire and be prepared to get burnt. That's all I'm saying. You have an awful lot to learn about life and if you are not careful you are going to learn all those things the painful way.
- I did when i was young...i thought everyone did

If you meet her at a place where people know you well and you disappear on her she could ask them for info on you and eventually find you. If she looks through your cell when you are not looking again you are screwed. Any bit of info can lead her to you. The list goes on and on. This will probably work better if you do it in an area you dont live in and have no connections to. As for whether its a good idea or not-probably not but that probably wont stop you.

If you engage in risky behavior, you must be 100% prepared for the worst. If you don't accept the possibility of fatherhood, you should not be having sex.
I would also like to point out that it is fairly easy to tell if someone is lying. You aren't likely to get away with it at all and on the chance that you do, without our increasingly connected world it is beyond simple to uncover virtually anyone's identity. If you were to get caught trying to avoid child support, that in itself is enough to bring you to court or jail.
