Is 13 years old and 16 years old a "same difference"?

Asked by Why So Serious? (1D Lover) at 13 May,2013
I mean surely there are many differences between the two. @God I like how you said only a woman could think this because Sanscorpus said it. @Mike That is Niall Horan Wrong about what?

Please stop making new posts based on some crap said by Sanscorpius. His entire purpose here is to sling hateful balls of sh*t at the opposite sex. Because it gets him the attention he craves. Stop giving him attention. Please. He proves in his reply to this question that all he does is lie. The age of consent is 16 in many states (see here: http://www.webistry.net/jan/consent.html) Where is the age of consent 13 in the United States? Nowhere. So the statement "If I bang a 13 year old or a 16 year old... the sentence would be the same" is a blatant LIE. And sentencing for the crime of statutory rape does vary based upon how far apart the ages are (http://www.cga.ct.gov/2003/olrdata/jud/rpt/2003-r-0376.htm).

Other Answers:
  1. only a women would think they are the same, when in reality they are two different number apart from each other!
  2. Well, if you are talking about when a guy is dating a younger girl. Yeah that is a tad bit weird. Way too much of an age gap.
  3. For an adult, not really.
  4. Yes, of course there are many differences between the two.

I wouldn't trust a 13 year old to drive a car. I don't trust a 16 year old that much, either, but I trust them a hell of a lot more than a 13 year old.
