Why do people think sex is so important?

I'm 19 years old and when ever I talk to anyone of my friends and tell them I don't care about see and that I just want love and a marriage, they think I'm weird.

blame it on the media and music...everything is SEX SEX SEX these days(if youre not having sex or talking about sex youre classed as weird).. another thing, is it just me or is 90% of things watered down, fake and plastic now (tv programmes/ people)...nothing is genuine anymore and everyone seems to want to be famous or flock like sheep following famous people because they good looking lol

1. cos they will be the typical "cave men guys" that go round purely looking for a sh*g, your actually one of the sensible ones that wants to look into the future a bit more and not get all of the STD's out there

   There's nothing wrong with looking for love and marriage instead of sex though, maybe you're just ahead of your friends in this case. I'm inclined to ask you "are you sure?" :D
