Some email with a couple women indicate G.P. is not liked (for various reasons). Do more women have this same feeling? If so, why is she so widely disliked?

She's hated because of her online magazine she made for "regular" women when the prices for a shirt are $300 and her recipes that can cost families 300 dollars a day, ridiculous statements, i have also heard that her recipes suck. Leave that stuff for a professional chef gwennie. But do I hate her? No, I don't hate anyone who hasn't had a direct impact in my life. - People will always create arbitrary reasons to not like celebrities. I don't know much about Gwyneth Paltrow so I can't say I don't like her. I thought putting her on the "Most Beautiful" list was odd as to me she looks pretty plain. But I don't dislike her.

- Wasn't she the one who played Brad Pitt's wife in Se7en? I honestly don't know much about her, I think she's pretty though.
- I've seen more men, on this forum anyway, complain that she was labelled one of the sexiest women in Hollywood than I've seen women complain about her.
Personally, I think she's kind of hot. Given the opportunity to have consensual sexual intercourse with her, I certainly would not turn it down. - I have nothing against her personally but I think she's a bad actress.
- Any bias I would have towards her would only be because she looks just like my mom did younger (really like my mom looked sooooo much like her).
Maybe she comes off aloof to people she does seem more reserved. Not sure why that would bug anyone. I am not sure why she's an academy award winner tho. - I cannot see her emotions when she acts

it would appear so, my local NBC affiliate website a couple weeks ago listed her in the top 5 "most hated" hollywood "names"... with angelina joulie and kristien stewart...
