work on men, too? "Not All Men Are Like That", or is that only as it pertains to women stereotypes?

Of course. Stereotypes/Generalities never are universal, but they are made for a reason. For instance, I can probably say something like "men love steaks and/or blow jobs," and I'd be right for 99% of men. But there's probably some dude out there who's just outright against both of those things. So I suppose not all men are like that.
Other Answers:
- Both MRA's and feminists engage in stupid stereotypes.
- yes
- Nope, only pertains to women stereotypes. I'm actually surprised that you were able to say something that required a "not all women are like that" response without being deported. "not all men are like that" doesn't work because the entire system works hard to instill in our minds that all men are in fact "like that".
- Not all anything are like anything. Sure it is ok to make generalisations and hold stereotypes, as long as you understand that there are always plenty of exceptions.
- Yes, it can work on men, too. Like how many man-haters try to claim all men are jerks or whatever. Sure, SOME men are jerks but definitely not all.
- I guess it depends on the specifics of the argument.
Not all women have vaginae. This may, in fact, be true but it would represent an insignificant minority.
Not all women are gold diggers. This one is true. At LEAST 30% of women are not gold diggers.
Not all men have penises. This one is true, but is a tiny minority and usually because an angry woman cuts it off.
Not all men are rapists. Definitely true. Most men don't and will not ever rape. - yes, but just a bit less. men share more things in common than women.
