Well i saw this guy last year at homecoming, he was really cute we made eye contact first. And when i walked across he said "wow"... And then at the end of the night apparently he danced with my friend lets call her "Stacy" and then they went out freshman year. They broke up . But i didn't get if he was attracted to me that night why was he dancing with her and then asked her out?! I think i look better than her not trying to be cocky or anything, yea it sounds like it. Well anyways I saw him again back in September and he made glances at me but never approached me. But than later on, on instagram/facebook he's been liking my picture, he rated me a 10, and he randomly sent me a message on kik. We've been talking. But the question is if he was into me that night why did he dance and ask her out!?

simple: guys go for easier targets. Doesn't mean shes "easy" just means shes more approachable and maybe nicer when talking to. If you never said anything after he said "wow" what did you expect.

3. He's a guy. To be honest, he probably doesn't respect her; meaning he was thinking with his dick, instead of his brain. If you two made cute eye connection and were very attracted to each other, he may respect you more than that other gal referencing he actually cares about you.

But really guys are weird they seem into you one day and then they break up with you the next... its weird... but he seems like a jerk anyways since you are friends with his ex he should keep his distance.
