clean the cuts and bandage them (maybe Neosporin or hydrogen peroxide, though be careful with the peroxide it can burn). Be careful, and hide them if you feel you need to. But if you ever feel any urges, PLEASE try to find a better coping skill. Writing, sleeping, listening to music or going on a walk can work wonders. Good luck <3
Other Answers:
- lots of bandages
- Put a bandage on and forget. Move on just learn from it.
- Put some antiseptic cream on them and keep them clean. Also keep them covered up as you do not want them to get infected and wear long sleeved tops to keep your family from seeing them. Maybe you should tell someone about them though, family or friends? I'm sure they will understand and try to help, your family would feel worse if they were to find out and you hadn't told them rather than you telling them yourself.

Good luck <3 - I'm 14 and I started to cut last year, I've stopped now, but my friends and parents started asking questions, but I told them I was walking past a wire mesh fence and I was scraping my arm over the top and a few sharp pieces of wire caught my arm. They didn't suspect a thing my dad just told me to make sure I put cream on it ( we worship germolene in my house:) My dad thinks it's some sort of miracle worker ) and to cover it up with a bandage or plaster. Within a good few months the scars have faded I along with my parents and friends are the only ones who know the scars are there (However only I know the real reason) and now I can only find them because I know they're there. I hope this helps. Good luck with your exams too:)
