If my family members are available, I try to spend time with them. It gets my mind off things I'm worried about at work and my personal life. Sometimes I escape to the movie theater.

If I need a "quick fix," I take 3 slow, deep breaths, inhaling through my nose and exhaling through my mouth - it really helps.
If I have a couple of hours, the dog and I snuggle up on the bed, watch tv and take a nap.
Wish I could do that right now....
