Why is it ok for women to talk about celebs and have crushes on them while in a relationship but not men?

All women love celebs even when in a relationship but get mad when men do it. Women are shallow and love money.

   As for women being shallow and loving money, that's a generalisation. Still, it's not uncommon for anyone, male or female, to be "shallow" and love money. Many males and females have their superficial preferences and "personal use" for the opposite sex all while chasing that "root of all evil."
   
3. This annoys me too. The woman I'm dating can fawn over a male celebrity right in front of me, but she'll get mad if I do the same over a female celeb.
   
4. They do it because they know it wouldn't be practical to sleep with one anyway, even if they had the chance to as it wouldn't be much of a pride for women to sleep with as many men as possible.
