It's all in the way you think about it. Just accept it for the fact that you don't know the person. Therefore you don't have to worry about ruining the friendship or relationship from having sex with them. Think of it as two people getting something awesome. Is it really worth it? I think not. You're not that desperate, surely. - that depends. The one night stand hard work is just finding a partner. The second option is just finding privacy. I would say in terms of physical pleasure is obvious one night stand almost always triumphs masturbation unless you have a really bad partner.
